Job skills & Qualifications
- B.Tech (MBA /PGDM is preferred) graduate with a keen knowledge of the SDLC and IT industry.
- Driven, ambitious, and goal oriented with a good team playing spirit.
- Ability to grasp, understand, and create lead generation methods.
- Outside of the box thinking and willing to work in a dynamic work environment.
- Basic knowledge on MS Office tools like Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and identify the potential business opportunities in the selected market segment using digital resources.
- Expand the database of prospects within target territory and maintain a healthy CRM. Ensure that the CRM is well maintained with adequate information regarding the target account.
- Build the sales pipeline by being effective in Prospecting, interacting, and developing rapport with target accounts via networking, emailing and calls.
- Customize the outreach accordingly, generate interest and stimulate accounts to achieve meetings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers with ease.
- Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills. Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls.
- Continuously analyzing the lead generation strategies and collaborate with the team in developing new strategies.
